REGULATIONS

of the Public Organization “Association of Clinical Logopedists of Ukraine”

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Organization is a voluntary association of clinical logopedists working in healthcare institutions.

1.2. It operates under the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Public Associations”, and this Statute.

1.3. It obtains legal status upon state registration.

2. Purpose and Objectives

2.1. Representation and protection of professional interests of clinical logopedists.

2.2. Development of science, practice, and ethics in the field of clinical logopedist.

2.3. Dissemination of knowledge among specialists, patients, and society.

2.4. Conducting training, certification, and conferences.

2.5. Establishing professional standards and implementing medical documents.

2.6. International cooperation with professional associations.

3. Membership

3.1. Members may include logopedist, teachers, researchers, and others who support the Organization’s mission.

3.2. Membership is voluntary.

3.3. Admission is based on a written application.

3.4. Members have the right to participate in events, vote, and be elected to governing bodies.

4. Governing Bodies

4.1. The highest body is the General Assembly of members.

4.2. The Executive Body is the Board, elected by the General Assembly.

4.3. The Control Body is the Audit Commission (if necessary).

4.4. Decisions of the General Assembly are binding for all members.

5. Financial Provision

5.1. Funding sources include member contributions, grants, donations, income from events, and other legal sources.

5.2. The Organization does not pursue profit.

6. Termination of Activity

6.1. The Organization may be terminated by decision of the General Assembly or by court order.

6.2. Upon liquidation, its assets shall be used in accordance with the Organization’s mission.
