The main areas of activity of the Organization are:
Development of the professional environment:
- Unification of clinical logopedists for the exchange of experience and mutual support.
- Formation of a national professional community.
Development and implementation of professional standards:
- Development of a standard for the profession of “clinical logopedists”.
- Participation in the formation of policies in the field of health care, education and social protection.
Professional education and advanced training:
- Conducting advanced training courses with the provision of relevant certificates.
- Organization of seminars, trainings, master classes and conferences.
- Creation of modern educational programs in higher education institutions.
- Implementation of medical documents.
Research and development activities:
- Promoting scientific research in the field of speech and communication disorders, as well as swallowing disorders.
- Support for high standards of speech therapy education and practice.
- Popularization of evidence-based speech therapy.
International cooperation:
- Establishing relations with international associations, educational institutions and experts.
- Adapting international experience to Ukrainian clinical working conditions.
Protection of the rights of specialists and patients:
- Representing the interests of clinical speech therapists in state bodies.
- Promoting the provision of patients with accessible and high-quality speech therapy.
Information and educational activities:
- Dissemination of information about clinical speech therapy among specialists and the general public.
- Conducting information campaigns, creating educational materials.
